Wood yew waste was set up in January 1999 to recycle the large amount of wood that was previously being land filled, with the primary aim to supply wood chip to the panel board industry.
Over time we have diversified into recycling grades A,B & C wood as well as plasterboard recycling which has allowed us to produce the following products.

Wood Chip for Panel Board Industry
Wood Yew Waste produce a high quality wood chip of a consistent size free from contaminants to meet the strict specification of Norbord.

Farm Animal Bedding
The product is made out of smaller wood particles that are separated from the other wood chip and has proved popular with local store cattle and pig farmers.

Wood Chip for Bio Mass
These wood chips are made using 100% recycled white soft wood which is sourced mainly from pallets and packaging waste.

Cozy Coop
Cozy Coop is produced in Devon from 100% recycled timber.
The wood is hand-sorted as it arrives at our depot, to remove any contaminated wood. The clean wood then passes through wood-chipping equipment, magnets and screens to produce Cozy Coop.
