Farm Animal Bedding
Wood Yew Waste produces several types of farm animal bedding either made from 100% wood chip fines or 100% gypsum or from a mixture of both wood chip and gypsum.
The wood chip product is made out of smaller wood particles that are separated from the other wood chip and has proved popular with local store cattle and pig farmers. This wood chip product is easy to use and after use can be pumped out of cattle sheds to spread on the fields as a silage mixture that will fully decompose and enrich the ground. The product is available in bulk and can be delivered in any quantities (up to 25 tonnes) on an articulated lorry.
“We use Wood Yew Waste’s woodchip

bedding to house our cattle through the
winter. It’s super absorbent which keeps
the animals extremely clean and dry. We
bed all our stock from the cows through
to fat cattle on the wood chip and have
never had any problems. We would highly
recommend Wood Yew Waste bedding”.
